This year be more daring and paint your walls with neon colors such as green and yellow. Starting from these daring colors you can continue to decorate the rest of the room but be careful. Because the color on the walls is so strong you have to use neutral colors for the other elements in your room just to tone it down a bit. At the end you will have a very interesting combination.
For those who want elegant interior design trends they should use the following combinations: black and gray, white and lavender, light blue and gray or gold and white. Of course these are not the only combinations that you can do. You can also combine styles, this year you can. For example, you can take the minimalist style but add some edgy furniture like the art nouveau.
One style that will always stay the same is the romantic style. This year in the interior design trends you can find the romantic style which basically consists of pale colors, white fabrics with floral prints, thin pale carpets and wooden floors. Accessorize the room with a couple of paintings and a vase of flowers.

Sometimes tend to exaggerate and add too many elements which have golden accents. To avoid that just add a couple of accents on the walls or on a painting and it is ok.
